ESI Motion, a global leader in rugged controller technology, has been awarded a contract for the U.S. Stryker FOV Modernization Program from Marvin Land Systems. The Stryker Modernization Program is part of the Army’s remanufacturing program to cost-effectively update existing Stryker Family of Vehicles.
Says Earnie Beem, President of ESI, “The high power density and reliability of our servo drives make them an ideal component for the Stryker program. ESI’s servo drives feature wide operating temperatures and rugged packaging so, they effectively withstand harsh treatment without affecting functionality and performance. Our drives’ durability and reliability have been proven during in product testing and real-world performance.
The Stryker program exhibits the flexibility and configurability of ESI’s off-the-shelf DRAGON line of servo controllers. ESI’s existing product met the majority of the requirements for this program and was used on a previously related program.
