We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:
- Design and development of embedded software for new and existing products, including modifications driven by hardware obsolescence, field returns, and bug fixes.
- Apply advanced software engineering principles to design, document, implement, and verify embedded software, ensuring compliance with internal processes, tools, and applicable standards (e.g., DO-178C).
- Develop low-level microcontroller drivers (UART, SPI, I²C, DMA, ISR) and contribute to multi-core processor architecture, including selection, interfacing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Systems and Electrical Engineering to interpret requirements, translate them into software architecture/design, assess hardware resource utilization, and ensure requirements traceability and test coverage.
- Provide technical solutions to complex problems involving DSP selection, communication protocols, alternative architectures, and system interfaces.
- Design, automate, and maintain test equipment and setups for certification, production, and regression testing. Create and execute test procedures, scripts, and scenarios; analyze results; and document findings.
- Support Production and Service teams with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for pre-delivery and field return products.

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced, diversified solder and mechanical assembly operations to build intricate, large and small assemblies to precise specification requirements.
- Build, modify and repair perform PCB assemblies that have both through hole and surface mount components. Route wires, solder to electrical components, cable tie and install connectors.
- Employees must be certified to J-STD-001 to perform solder assembly; rework and inspection of the products processed through solder operations certified in IPC.
- Work from verbal as well as documented work instructions, spec sheets, blueprints, sketches and complex assembly drawings. Must be able to work in multiple product lines/cells, with minimal familiarization or remedial training.
- Use a variety of precision measuring instruments, scales, gauging devices and test equipment to verify proper function and operation of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

ESI Motion is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Inspector specializing in PCBA and solder inspection in a fast‑paced advanced technology environment. This individual will work under the guidance of the Quality Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring product quality through rigorous inspection of electronic assemblies in accordance with J‑STD‑001, IPC‑A‑610, and related aerospace standards.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent along with 3+ years of recent experience in electronics manufacturing quality inspection, specifically in solder workmanship and PCBA inspection. A strong working knowledge of J‑STD‑001 (including Space Addendum) and IPC‑610 is required. A current J-STD-001 and IPC-610 certification is a plus. They will have practical experience working within Quality Management Systems (AS9100 and ISO 9001). We are looking for an intelligent, technically savvy and trustworthy individual, with an exceptional ability to multi-task and support companywide activities.
Responsibilities:
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, reviewing CofC, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Performs detailed solder joint inspection on PCBAs in accordance with J‑STD‑001, J‑STD‑001S (Space Addendum), and IPC‑A‑610.

Production Expeditor
Job Description:
The Production Expeditor is responsible for monitoring and accelerating the flow of materials, components, and documentation across various disciplines. This role ensures that all required items are delivered on time to support manufacturing schedules, minimize downtime, and meet customer delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and prioritize open orders, work orders, and material shortages to support production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to resolve delays.
- Expedite critical parts and assemblies to prevent stoppages or missed deadlines.
- Communicate status updates on high-priority items to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Looking for a talented, driven and experienced individual to assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts, the analysis of operational results, and support adherence to appropriate accounting standards. This individual will work under the guidance of the company Director of Finance.
The Financial Analyst is a key member of the organization, providing analytical support for leadership of key functional areas within ESI. This position will serve as a trusted financial advisor and support management with analysis and reporting to help support and accelerate rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing review and reporting of sales and margins of the programs
- Provide support to the management team in helping build forecasts and annual budgets
- Support preparation and financial obligations of the strategic 5-year plan
- Support all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements

Requirements and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or other related discipline and recent experience in the finance function.

Customer Program Specialist

The Customer Program Specialist manages end-to-end customer product return (RMA) workflows and services operations for our Space, Defense, and Commercial products. Acting as the primary customer liaison and internal project coordinator, this role ensures timeline evaluations, repairs, and communication throughout the service lifecycle. The Specialist collaborates closely with PMs, Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer RMA and service-related communication
- Generate RMA authorizations and oversee the chain of custody for returned hardware
- Coordinate service workflow activities across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Track RMA progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive schedule adherence
- Provide customers with evaluation results, repair scope, quotes, and delivery expectations
- Review technical findings from Engineering/Quality and translate them into customer-ready summaries
- Distinguish warranty vs non-warranty returns and support cost estimation
- Ensure all service documentation complies with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, and customer contract requirements
- Prepare monthly RMA metrics/reporting for PMO and Leadership review
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities when recurring issues are identified
Candidate Should be Able to Demonstrate:
- Managing customer expectations and communicating technical information in understandable terms

- Using systems such as ERP or Asana for service, RMA, or case management

Job Description:
Looking for a reliable and experienced professional to receive and kit electrical components and mechanical assemblies. This individual will work under the guidance of the company Operations Manager and in collaboration with Procurement and other internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent and at least 3+ year’s recent quality experience in a manufacturing environment. They will have practical experience working within Quality Management Systems (AS9100 and ISO 9001) and have in-depth knowledge of IPC-610-A and IPC J-STD-001 standards. A current IPC J-STD-001 certification is a plus. They will be an intelligent, technically savvy and trustworthy individual, with an exceptional ability to multi-task and support company-wide activities.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise in:
- Receiving of electrical components and mechanical components
- Using inventory management computer systems, preferably pcMRP
- Kitting components for PCB and electromechanical assemblies
- Following receiving and inventory processes
- Working within an engineering and production environment
- Experience with pcMRP inventory system a plus
- Experience in the defense and aerospace environment a plus
Responsibilities to include:
- Oversee stockroom operations including inventory control, materials movement, receiving, cycle counting and physical inventories

- Maintains master file of stock items by assigning number to new stock items; updating inventory counts and recording reorder point information.
