Controller
Job Description:
The Controller will support finance and accounting functions in this highly technical manufacturing environment, lead reporting, forecasting, and budgetary activities and drive adherence to appropriate accounting standards. This individual will work under the guidance of the Director of Finance in collaboration with contracts, manufacturing and engineering departments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management.
- Prepare annual operating plans including intake/sales, GOGS, operating expenses, cost reductions, capital spending, etc.
- Prepare reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position in the areas of income, expense and earnings based on historical, current and anticipated projections.
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, controls and systems to include a financial process manual that would support data accuracy and government cost-accounting roll-up.
- Provide timely, relevant financial and analytical information including rate and product gross margin calculations.
- Lead and support the billing, accounts receivable, credit, cash management and collections functions.
- Administer the business planning process including budget preparation and forecast.
- Monitor department performance, monthly and annually, with emphasis on identifying favorable and unfavorable trends.
- Research and provide technical accounting guidance and oversight while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Evaluate internal controls, system processes and reporting capabilities and implement corrective action for any areas in need of improvement.

- Ability to coordinate and participate in preparation of multi-year strategic plans, annual budgets, periodic forecasts and revenue recognition.

- Conducting cost analysis, ration and trend analysis and other comparative analysis as required.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
- Production test setup, test, and measurement equipment to conduct system level testing and troubleshooting
- Maintain and test environmental chambers in our facility

- Create all COTS quotes per customer request
- Managing the quote log and creating quote numbers for new COTS/RFI/RFQ/RFP requests
- Create compliance matrices of Client requirements
- Supports developing proposals and content for large and complex proposals
- Develops and executes proposal plans, create work breakdown structure (WBS), and write proposal letters

Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced, diversified solder and mechanical assembly operations to build intricate, large and small assemblies to precise specification requirements.
- Build, modify and repair perform PCB assemblies that have both through hole and surface mount components. Route wires, solder to electrical components, cable tie and install connectors.
- Employees must be certified to J-STD-001 to perform solder assembly; rework and inspection of the products processed through solder operations certified in IPC.
- Work from verbal as well as documented work instructions, spec sheets, blueprints, sketches and complex assembly drawings. Must be able to work in multiple product lines/cells, with minimal familiarization or remedial training.
- Use a variety of precision measuring instruments, scales, gauging devices and test equipment to verify proper function and operation of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Utilize solder equipment, hand tools, fixtures, pneumatic and power tools for the mechanical and solder assembly of components. Secures nuts, wires and cable by applying liquid adhesives.
- Perform assembly and solder operation processes with little or no supervision. Perform movement of materials in MRP system, such as work order movement and completion. Completed assemblies are subject to inspection and test.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor, lead person or lead back-up person.
- Work with Safety in mind, ensuring all safety procedures are being followed. Must notify lead or supervisor of any concerns with regards to own and others safety and security.

Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and experienced individual to perform Manufacturing Engineering tasks in a fast-paced advanced technology environment with a strong focus on PCBA and electronic assembly manufacturing. This individual will work under the guidance of the company’s Director of Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have completed their 4-year Bachelor’s degree with an Engineering discipline and have at least 3+ years of recent experience in an Aerospace, Defense or Space organization as a Manufacturing Engineer. This person will be an intelligent, organized and trustworthy individual, with an exceptional ability to support manufacturing and production activities.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, designs and implements manufacturing processes and improvements.
- Analyze layout of equipment, workflow assembly methods and work force utilization
- Identifies parts and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques including value stream mapping, set-up time reduction, process improvements and overall waste reduction
- Participate in MRB to assess non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions on parts and processes
- Evaluate new and existing processes to ensure safety and quality
- Review new and existing designs and provide design for manufacturing input to the design engineering team
- Consult with vendors in evaluating solutions for meeting product specifications, quality standards and specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment and processes that are negatively impacting ability to achieve KPI’s
- Review assembly, test procedures, and provide constructive feedback to members of the product design team, as well as research and present recommendations for cost saving initiatives.
- Execute Process FMEA and develop procedures to mitigate risk during assembly and testing
- Participate in MRB, assess and disposition non-conformances, conduct failure analysis
- Drive initiatives to achieve customer return reduction, capitalize project timelines, MRB reduction, YOY productivity improvements, and direct labor variance reduction.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong background in working with electronics including but not limited to:
- Manufacturing of PCBA’s / CCA’s including knowledge of conformal coating, thermal cycling, staking, and other processes within PCBA’s
- Manufacturing of electronic assemblies
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics/li>
- Ability to make decisions with little guidance from electrical engineering for wire harnessing and routing
- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of drafting to ASME Y14.1000 and GD&T to ASME Y14.5 standards
- Familiarity with the use of Solidworks is preferred
- Familiarity with Electromechanical Assembly is preferred

- Performs and documents first article inspections.
- Performs inspection and verification on incoming, in-process and outgoing products.
- Visually compares work products against one another to assess/detect manufacturing variations.
- Reports quality problems or findings to the Quality Manager and follows up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place.
- Maintains record of inspections and list of defects.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering discipline and/or 3+ years equivalent recent experience in hands-on development.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate recent HANDS-ON experience in:
- Engineering test setup, test, and measurement equipment to conduct system level testing and troubleshooting
