Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead radiation effects and radiation hardness assurance activities for space electronic components, circuit cards, and assemblies.
- Develop and maintain radiation requirements, compliance approaches, verification plans, and component-level qualification strategies based on mission environments and design life.
- Plan, coordinate, and support Total Ionizing Dose (TID), Single Event Effects (SEE), Single Event Latchup (SEL), Single Event Upset (SEU), Single Event Burnout (SEB), and Displacement Damage Dose (DDD) testing.
- Develop radiation test plans, procedures, test reports, and Radiation Lot Acceptance Test (RLAT) documentation, as applicable.
- Design and oversee radiation test setups, interface electronics, fixtures, cabling, instrumentation, bias conditions, monitoring, and automated data collection.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to perform configuration management activities in a fast-paced, advanced technology environment.
The Configuration Management Specialist supports the integrity, traceability, accuracy, and control of ESI Motion product and technical data throughout the product lifecycle. - Administer configuration-management activities in accordance with ESI Motion procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry practices.

Financial Analyst
Job Description:
Looking for a talented, driven and experienced individual to assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts, the analysis of operational results, and support adherence to appropriate accounting standards. This individual will work under the guidance of the company Director of Finance.
The Financial Analyst is a key member of the organization, providing analytical support for leadership of key functional areas within ESI. This position will serve as a trusted financial advisor and support management with analysis and reporting to help support and accelerate rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing review and reporting of sales and margins of the programs
- Provide support to the management team in helping build forecasts and annual budgets
- Support preparation and financial obligations of the strategic 5-year plan
- Support all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Support headcount forecasting and reporting
- Lead all month end GM analytics and costing processes
- Conduct variance analysis based on actuals, spend plans, and trends and partner with leadership team to identify issues and opportunities
- Support to Inventory management by:
- Review inventory valuation from month to month to ensure standard cost accuracy
- Review and correct zero cost items and location with negative quantities
- Prepare excess and obsolete analysis
- Compile Weekly and Monthly Labor Analysis
- Perform periodic cost roll update
- Oversee timely work order completion
- Assist with proposals, oversee Hardware pricing and costing
- Prepare and analyze weekly / monthly reports for management team
- Prepare monthly cost reports in accordance with contract requirements on specific contracts
- Assist with month end close duties
- Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliation
Requirements and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or other related discipline and recent experience in the finance function.
- A minimum of 3+ years of financial analyst experience in a manufacturing-based business
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to results
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders at a strategic level
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office and databases
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate both written and verbally
- Experience with project accounting
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector preferred
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with general or cost accounting
- Experience with auditing with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with accounting software
- Experience with government contract accounting
- Experience with Percent of Completion Methodology

Customer Program Specialist
Job Description:
The Customer Program Specialist manages end-to-end customer product return (RMA) workflows and services operations for our Space, Defense, and Commercial products. Acting as the primary customer liaison and internal project coordinator, this role ensures timeline evaluations, repairs, and communication throughout the service lifecycle. The Specialist collaborates closely with PMs, Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer RMA and service-related communication
- Generate RMA authorizations and oversee the chain of custody for returned hardware
- Coordinate service workflow activities across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Track RMA progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive schedule adherence
- Provide customers with evaluation results, repair scope, quotes, and delivery expectations
- Review technical findings from Engineering/Quality and translate them into customer-ready summaries
- Distinguish warranty vs non-warranty returns and support cost estimation
- Ensure all service documentation complies with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, and customer contract requirements
- Prepare monthly RMA metrics/reporting for PMO and Leadership review
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities when recurring issues are identified
Candidate Should be Able to Demonstrate:
- Managing customer expectations and communicating technical information in understandable terms
- Coordinating cross-functional activities with multiple internal departments
- Using systems such as ERP or Asana for service, RMA, or case management
- Understanding repair workflows for mechanical or electro-mechanical hardware
- Reading inspection notes, evaluation reports, or basic engineering documentation
- Maintaining compliance within aerospace quality systems (AS9100)
- Managing multiple RMAs simultaneously with appropriate prioritization
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Management, Operations or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ year of experience in aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or other regulated industries
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical information
- Ability to independently manage workload, timelines, and customer communication
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience managing RMAs, service programs, or aftermarket support activities
- Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Background in mechanical or electro-mechanical components
- Ability to prepare professional customer-facing reports
- A desire to advance into Senior Specialist, Project Coordinator or Program Manager roles
