Senior Quality Engineer
Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Perform closed-loop corrective action and root cause analysis
- Assemble and review end-item data packages for submittal to customers.
- Performs and documents first article inspections per AS9102B.
- Review and approve supplier first article inspection reports per AS9102B.
- Responsible for product and data presentation for final customer acceptance. Lead internal MRB activities and meetings with cross functional teams to conduct robust RCCA.
- Document and resolve non-conforming material issues from internal rejections and for supplier rejections.
- Document and resolve customer RMA issues.
- Supports QA manager with Quality Management Review by performing and providing data analysis, trend analysis and ensuring data accuracy and calculations for KPI metrics.
- Technical writing skills that include quality management system processes and procedures.
- Identifies and drives process improvement initiatives to completion.
- Performs internal and supplier audits on product, process, and system to verify effectiveness and validate corrective actions that were taken.
- Review quality requirements of contracts, PO’s, and amendments to awarded contracts, and identify any unique customer requirements for workmanship or traceability.
- Maintains all quality records per ESI Motion SOP.
- Support and execute any other task given by Quality Manager.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
- Must have 5+ year’s recent quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace industry with electronics background.
- AS9100D/ISO9001:2015 certified Lead Auditor required highly preferred.
- CQE/CQA certification preferred but not required.
- Black belt/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
- ANSI/ESD S20.20 Electrostatic Discharge Certification preferred but not required.
- Space program and product knowledge is a plus.
- pc/MRP Material Requirements Planning Inventory Control program experience preferred but not required.
- Jira QA Software experience preferred but not required.
- 5+ years in leading and conducting Root Cause and Corrective Action is required.
- Experience with leading and conducting audits is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and understand tolerance.
- Basic math and geometry/trigonometry.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Lead a team of engineers in the execution and delivery of multiple aerospace, space, military, and commercial programs
- Provide technical and management leadership for successful program delivery including new product development, product customizations and modification efforts
- Support development of company strategic vision and initiatives and participate in tactical and strategic company meetings
- Performance management, career and training development, staffing, recognition, and personnel support/management.
- Lead, develop and execute successful and cost-effective design and manufacturing solutions that leverage high performance products, materials, and technologies as needed to meet program / project requirements including resource assignment and allocation.

Supply Chain Manager
Job Description:
ESI Motion is looking for a strong leader with demonstrated project management skills and be directly accountable for ensuring overall supplier performance. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage all purchasing activities which support established business unit objectives
- Supports manufacturing and other departments to maintain efficient operations, high delivery standards and to promote customer goodwill
- Guides and directs the Buyers in establishing and executing on time PO placement, expedite messages, supplier on time delivery, and supplier quality
- Maintains required quality levels and product traceability
- Reduces inbound/outbound logistics and shipping supplies cost
- Drives best practices for material scheduling, planning, and purchasing through strong knowledge and utilization of MRP system functions
- Reviews, evaluates, and selects suppliers for contracts and purchase orders based on evaluation of supplier facilities, operation capabilities, pricing policies, delivery performance, quotations, schedules, and buyer recommendations
- Implements supplier development system and monitors active suppliers for effective performance

Production Supervisor
Job Description:
The Production Supervisor position develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, shop floor employees, materials, parts, tooling and production equipment capabilities while meeting quality control standards.
Your Challenge
- Provides direction in the resolution of technical and production-related problems to assure completion of weekly schedules that meet or exceed Company and Customer expectations.
- Monitors the alignment of product or line(s) with master production schedule and material planning to meet production goals.
- Monitors departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports.
- Ensures work orders are closed in MRP system and data is accurate.
- Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Supervises personnel in a manner that fosters a safe work environment and self-directed team approach.

Principal Mechanical Engineer
Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer’s role is to apply knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication and assembly methods, analysis and tooling for strategic electromechanical projects and embedded hardware platforms. The Mechanical Engineer will work in collaboration with other engineering and operations disciplines.
Essential Functions:
- Perform mechanical packaging engineering of electronics for applications requiring a high level of capability and robustness in aggressive applications
- Employ basic engineering concepts related to Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and apply EMC concepts to design applications
- 3-Dimensional modeling using SolidWorks
- Creation of detailed fabrication and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials and manufacturing process documents
- Successful application of manufacturing methods, procedures and processes, such as machining, forming, surface finishing and non-destructive testing
- Application of GD&T in design and drawings with experience in the application of ASME Y14.5 Drawing Standards
- Basic application of structural, thermal and vibration analyses using classical methods and FEA
- Interface with customers to determine and define requirements
- Design to customer requirements and review compliance to customer requirements
