- Lead internal MRB activities and meetings with cross functional teams to conduct robust RCCA.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to perform configuration management activities in a fast-paced, advanced technology environment.
This individual will work under the guidance of the company Quality Manager. Job Description:

Our reliable modular servo drives and control systems, which are fielded on both commercial and defense applications, come complete with full engineering services and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced, diversified solder and mechanical assembly operations to build intricate, large and small assemblies to precise specification requirements.
- Build, modify and repair perform PCB assemblies that have both through hole and surface mount components. Route wires, solder to electrical components, cable tie and install connectors.
- Employees must be certified to J-STD-001 to perform solder assembly; rework and inspection of the products processed through solder operations certified in IPC.
- Work from verbal as well as documented work instructions, spec sheets, blueprints, sketches and complex assembly drawings. Must be able to work in multiple product lines/cells, with minimal familiarization or remedial training.
- Use a variety of precision measuring instruments, scales, gauging devices and test equipment to verify proper function and operation of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Utilize solder equipment, hand tools, fixtures, pneumatic and power tools for the mechanical and solder assembly of components. Secures nuts, wires and cable by applying liquid adhesives.
- Perform assembly and solder operation processes with little or no supervision. Perform movement of materials in MRP system, such as work order movement and completion. Completed assemblies are subject to inspection and test.

The Customer Program Specialist manages end-to-end customer product return (RMA) workflows and services operations for our Space, Defense, and Commercial products. Acting as the primary customer liaison and internal project coordinator, this role ensures timeline evaluations, repairs, and communication throughout the service lifecycle. Production Planner
Job Description:
The Production Planner will coordinate the activities of the production department to deliver products on schedule in a fast-paced environment. The planner organizes the smooth transition from engineering to production, providing a work schedule, and ensures availability of resources to meet deadlines. This individual works with program management, engineering, procurement, quality and shipping to advance production.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 5+ years’ experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment or an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering discipline (GPA > 3.2), and 3+ years recent experience in hands-on development.
The Production Planner will:
- Work with engineering to understand the build process for highly technical prototype and production products.
- Create, maintain and close sub-assembly and final assembly work orders (WOs).
- Load BOMs into the productions system and set-up.
- Use business system and spreadsheets to create, maintain and update the production schedule.
- Forecast and communicate with procurement for required materials.
- Ensure production always has work queued up and is operating as efficiently as possible.
- Act as a gatekeeper, liaison between production and other departments.

- Communicate and coordinate with multiple departments on prep, inventory, plan changes, assembly, testing and execution.
- Review production progress and work to eliminate delays by expediting material shipments or revising the production schedule due to shortages or issues.
- Support quality engineer with production inspection where appropriate.
- Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure personnel, equipment, materials and services.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge in:
- Basic electrical and mechanical manufacturing experience
- Working in a stockroom
- Electrical components e.g., Integrated circuit, capacitor, resistor
- Reading and interpreting Build of Materials (BOM) and build instructions to develop work orders instructions and work order packet for production.
- Ensure work orders, part kits, build instructions, tools and other material are complete and ready for sub and final assembly
- Configuration and quality management
- Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
- ERP and MES Business Systems
- Production planning and management system
- PCVA Board Assembly
- Electromechanical components and assemblies
Aerospace or Military standards knowledge a plus

Senior Stockroom Clerk
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Stockroom Clerk. In this role, you will primarily support stockroom operations, space inventory management, and shipping and receiving tasks under the supervision of our Inventory Control Supervisor.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring materials are received and stored correctly, and supporting production activities by managing incoming and outgoing goods. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, strong computer skills, and a keen attention to detail to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Performs stockroom operations including inventory control, materials movement, cycle counting and physical inventories
- Contribute to Receiving, Material Handling, and Inventory operations as needed
- Keep informed of production schedules and activities in order to meet deadlines
- Resolve discrepancies between orders and material received such as delays, condition, weight, quality, etc.
- Maintain inventory of incoming, stored, and outgoing goods, as well as current space available.
- Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantity and revisions
- Complete all forms, reports and documentation as required
- Maintain internal record keeping for accounting reasons
- Analyze data reports to ensure inventory accuracy
- Print backlog report, analyze and verify information for in-process and upcoming work
- Perform an analysis of cycle count worksheets and investigate discrepancies
- Find and place parts with no location into new location
- Pull work orders for staging
- Fill and issue production shortages
- Validate lot trace
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments of products and parts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing environment; previous work experience handling material/stock is preferred
- Experience and understanding of inventory and kitting processes
- Strong computer skills to include MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule flexibility to include different work schedules to accommodate different shift schedules.
- Previous ERP system experience highly preferred

Maintenance Custodian
Job Description:
The Maintenance Custodian will be responsible for accomplishing a daily routine of custodial related tasks that provide personnel with an environmentally safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to work.
Part Time (20-25 Hours per Week)
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain buildings, including but not limited to, dusting, moving items, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and spot cleaning
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean and supply restrooms
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Make adjustments and minor repairs around facility
- Completes general interior maintenance, such as, hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and general office repairs
- Moves office furniture, equipment and other materials as requested
- Performs general maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, etc.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures per company, statutory and regulatory.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor or management
Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of basic janitorial, facility operations, carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance
- Knowledge of proper tools, materials, and equipment used in the building and maintenance trades.
